Cracking the G-Code is an e-course uniquely designed to help African-American/BIPOC men who have a history of infidelity, but desire to get married, stay married, or enjoy an exclusive lifelong relationship.

This e-course is a self-paced journey. There are more than 6 hours of video content, which does not include additional resources, community engagement and interactive assignments. It is estimated to take 8 weeks, for about one hour per week, to complete this e-course.

Praysha Spearman is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Georgia who is passionate about seeing individuals and families healed in all their relationships. CGC came about as an inspiration from previous therapy clients who expressed sincere desires to be faithful husbands, although they struggled with a history of infidelity. Not everyone can afford to see Praysha for weekly one-on-one or couples counseling. So, CGC became Praysha’s personal project and unanticipated passion from its conception in 2023.
